Our Hope

We aim to see a generation of young adults deeply rooted in Christ—abiding in Him, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and transformed into His likeness. As you are encouraged and challenged, we believe you will grow more as a loving disciple, equipped to live out your calling in every season of life.

  • The 1-on-1 Discipleship Program is designed to walk alongside young adults (ages 18–25) during one of the most formative seasons of life. Our mission is to guide you in becoming a lifelong disciple of Jesus—offering space to grow, be known, and be challenged in a way that aligns your life more closely with Him.

Through personalized coaching and curated discipleship tracks, you’ll explore new perspectives, deepen what you already know, and grow in love, character, and purpose. You’ll learn to abide in Christ, live by His example, and be renewed through the Holy Spirit.

Each mentee is paired with a trained coach—a trusted member of our church family—who will walk with you, pray with you, and help apply what you’re learning to your everyday life. More than just a guide, your coach is a fellow follower of Jesus who genuinely cares about your heart, your growth, and your story.

This program is uniquely designed for young adults and offers a relational, Christ-centered approach to discipleship, tailored to your current season of life. It’s not just about gaining knowledge—it’s about transformation.

You’ll embark on a 4-month journey: one month in a foundational track, followed by three months in a track of your choosing. Topics include relationships, career, and spiritual growth. You’ll meet with your coach twice a month and engage with readings and reflections to help deepen your relationship with Jesus.

  • In the 1-on-1 Discipleship Program, you’ll embark on a personalized 4-month journey to grow as a disciple of Jesus. You’ll begin with a 1-month foundational track: "Laying the Foundation for My Discipleship," followed by 3 months in a track that suits your season, such as:

    • Learning to Become a Follower of Jesus

    • Learning to Date as a Follower of Jesus

    • Navigating Your Career as a Follower of Jesus

    • Navigating Your Pre-Engagement Season (for couples)

Throughout, you’ll meet with your coach at least twice a month to discuss progress, reflect on the material, and pray together. You’ll also complete readings and assignments to deepen your relationship with Jesus and encourage growth.

This program is deeply relational and personalized, designed to guide you in practical ways to live out your faith during this important season of life.

  • The 1-on-1 Discipleship Program is for young adults (ages 18–25) who are eager to grow in their relationship with Jesus. It’s a space designed to help you deepen your faith, receive personal coaching, and learn how to live out your relationship with Christ in your everyday life.

We understand that everyone’s journey looks different, and some seasons of life may require more care than others. If you're walking through deep emotional pain, trauma, or mental health challenges like anxiety or depression, this may not be the best first step for you. While 1-on-1 Discipleship offers spiritual growth, encouragement, and guidance, it is not intended to replace counseling or pastoral care.

However, we want to emphasize that you don’t have to choose between discipleship and healing.
If you’re in a season where you need healing, you are welcome to engage in 1-on-1 Discipleship alongside counseling or Care. We’re here to walk with you through both, but it’s important to note that 1-on-1 Discipleship is not a substitute for professional or pastoral care.

We encourage you to honestly reflect:
Am I in a season where I need healing, or am I ready to focus on spiritual growth?
If you're uncertain, we’re here to help you discern the best next step. A member of our staff would be honored to meet with you and guide you in making that decision. We also have a trusted Care Team and resources specifically designed to support you through seasons of healing.

    What 1-on-1 Discipleship is:

    • A space for spiritual growth and intentional coaching

    • A place to practice following Jesus in your current season of life

    What 1-on-1 Discipleship is not:

    • A substitute for counseling or therapy

    • A replacement for professional or pastoral care

No matter where you are in your journey, we believe God is at work in your life, and we are here to help you take the next faithful step

  • We’re excited to walk with you on this journey!

To get started, please fill out the application. Your honest responses will help us understand where you’re at in your walk with Jesus and ensure this program fits your season of life. If you don’t meet every requirement, we’ll guide you through any necessary steps to prepare.

After submitting your application, we’ll send you the first unit’s material, which must be completed before your first meeting. In about three weeks, we’ll pair you with a coach who fits your goals and current season.

By joining, you're committing to a 4-month journey: 1 month in a foundational track and 3 months in a track of your choice. You’ll meet with your coach twice a month and engage with readings and reflections to grow in your faith. After 4 months, you can choose a new track to continue your growth.
